We changed the shareholding in April 2021 and became a mixed-ownership enterprise with 45% of the shares held by Guangzhou Industrial Holdings and the consolidated statement of control of the majority of the board of directors. It has 5 subsidiaries including Foshan Tongbao Huatong Controller Co., Ltd, Foshan Tongbao Hualong Controls Co., Ltd, Foshan Tongbao Huasheng Electric Heating Controller Co., Ltd, Foshan Tongbao Huaxing Controller Co., Ltd and Foshan Tongbao Huayu Industrial Co., Ltd.

In 1994, the company was the first one to pass the ISO9001 in the industry. Our products have passed the CQC, UL, TUV, CB certification, and all of the products are in compliance with the EU ROHS directive. Major customers: Midea, LG, Supor, Donlim, Panasonic, B/S/H,  Joyoung, Airmate and so on.
